Quite a lot people asked me about Korea tranditional food. At first time I had no idea explain to them. So today talk about the recipe of kimchi and bulgogi.
Kimchi
Kimchi is a pungent, fermented dish generally consisting of cabbage or turnip seasoned with salt, garlic, green onions, ginger, red pepper and shellfish. It is low in calories and cholesterol and very high in fiber.
Bulgogi
The word bulgogi is commonly translated as Korean barbecue, though it literally means "fire meat" as bul is "fire" or gogi is "meat". Beef is most often identified with bulgogi, but even pork, chicken, lamb, squid and octopus, for example, can be cooked bulgogi style as bulgogi, like barbecue, is a method of cooking.
This food is my husband favorite Korean food. But I never cook for him. So I decided this web independent day cook for him.

Korean food looks very delicious! Actually, I have eaten some of them, but I do not know how to write their name (I do not know how to pronounce them too)... But I like kimuchi. My mother has a friend who is from Korea, so sometimes she gave my mother recipes of Korean food. Although they are delicious, some of them are too spicy for me.
I think some Korean food are very famous in Japan. Kimuchi is on of the famous one. We can see it everywhere, like in supermarket. In some specific Japanese restaurant, we can order bulgogi or some other Korean stuff. At the same time, in Korean drama, I have seen some Korean food too. These looked so nice. Someday, i want to visit Korea!

First of all, it was really nice that you put some pictures with your essay. In that way I could understand your essay more easily and also it is really visualized. Of course I love Korean food but I can’t cook well but with your recipe I might cook better than before. Moreover it was really good idea that you picked Bulgogi and Kimchi to the subject among many kinds of Korean food because those are the best loved Korean food from Korean. Besides I think it was also quite useful for you because you are a new bride! You have to cook food but maybe you didn’t really know how to cook but via this homework you must get some information about it. So it is really nice! I hope we can make it someday together!
